Session #01 ARC Blended Learning 2021

This is a Blended Learning Course that will demand online access for completion. 

Become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR and AED! To be eligible, you must be 15 years of age on, or before, the final scheduled session of the course and must successfully be able to complete the following swimming prerequisites:

1.Swim 300 yards (12 pool lengths) continuously, using rhythmic breathing.

2.Swim 20 yards, surface dive to a depth of 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10-pound dive brick and swim back to the starting point.

3.Tred water for 2 minutes using only your feet.

Includes: Online Training, pool use, instruction manual (electronic verison), pocket mask Lifeguarding certification (valid 2 years) and CPR for the Professional Rescuer (valid 2 years)

Participants for this course must allow up to 20 hours of online participation in order to complete the course. Participants must compelte  9 online modules as well as a test before they can attend the "Skills Course". You must present your instructor with a print out of your completion certificate before you will be allowed into the "Skills Course".
